The Help Menu

The following describe the options available in the Help menu.

MTD Keystone Help

Choose this option to open the Keystone Help library in your web browser.  You can browse the Help’s Table of Contents or use its search capabilities to look for specific keywords. For more information, see the Keystone Support section.

You can also view the Help on the Internet at http://keystonehelp.morethandata.org

Support

The Support menu has three options: About Support, E-Mail MTD Support, and Online Remote Support.

About Support

When you choose this menu item, a window will appear that gives you an overview of the support MTD provides along with e-mail and Web addresses for obtaining support for Keystone.

E-Mail MTD Support

Choose this option to open a support e-mail message using Microsoft Outlook. Keystone then will gather support-related information about your system and version of Keystone, create an Outlook e-mail message, and attach the gathered information to the message. It leaves the message open so you can add more information to your support request and describe the problem you are having. An Error Log will be included as an attachment.

Online Remote Support

If the MTD Support Technician has instructed you to open a remote support session as part of assisting you with your technical support issue, choose this menu option. It will take you to the Online Remote Support page on the MTD web site.

Online Help

The Online Help menu has four options: Training Videos, Help Center, User Forum, and Web Site.

Training Videos

Choose this option to open the web page for the MoreThanData Training Center, where you will find videos that will help you be more productive in using Keystone and all of its features.

Help Center

Choose this option to go to the web page for the MoreThanData Help Center, where you can see all of the support resources MTD has to offer.

User Forum

Choose this option to go to the web page for the MoreThanData User Forum.

Web Site

Choose this option to go to the home page of the MoreThanData Web Site.

System Information

Under System Information you will find two options: Summary and Detail.

Summary provides you with essential information such as the version of Keystone that you are using, the location of the various Keystone files and folders on your computer or server and links to help you easily access them, and other basic information about your system.

Detail provides you with an in-depth variety of technical information about your Keystone database as well as your system.

This information is very helpful for when you contact MTD Support or your affiliate's own local technical support for assistance. It will make diagnosing and solving your technical issues much easier.

About MTD Keystone

Choose this option to display acknowledgement and copyright information about Keystone.

Change Request

Choose this option to open a copy of the MTD Application Change Request form in Microsoft Word. This form is the standard form for users to request improvements and new features for Keystone. Feel free to use this form in any of the following situations:

When you are finished completing the form, please attach it to an e-mail message and send it to support@morethandata.org.

Do not use the Change Request form for support issues. If you are uncertain as to whether something is working properly, please contact MTD Support.
