Use the Administration tab on the Family Partners screen to set the document folder and the sweat equity hours goal for a particular family partner.
The Document Management Folder field tells you the name of the folder in which documents related to this family partner are or will be stored.
If the background of this field is blue, it means the folder exists and has the name shown in the field. If the background of the field is yellow, it means the folder does not exist yet.
If you wish to open the document folder (background of field must be blue) for this record in Windows, click the button.
If you wish to create a document folder for this record (background of field is yellow) using the default name shown in the field, click the button.
If you changed a family partner's name in their record, you will need to update the name of their document folder. Simply click the button and Keystone will automatically correct the folder name.
Do not change the names of the folders using Windows. Only modify them within Keystone.
For additional information, see the Managing Documents and Pictures in Keystone or the About Document and Picture Files and Folders sections.
The Sweat Equity Hours Goal pane tracks the goal, expressed in hours, of how a family's sweat equity should be achieved. Keystone automatically calculates the percentages of how much each group involved in the process should work and displays them next to these fields.
When a new family partner is added to Keystone, this pane is automatically filled in with the sweat equity goal information entered on the Hours/Sweat Equity Activities tab in Affiliate Setup. However, the goal numbers can be customized for each family partner.
If the hours contributed by others exceeds this goal, the By Others value in the Hours pane of the (S/A/F)/Demographics/Family Partnership tab is displayed in red with a gray background.
For more information, see the Scheduling and Recording Family Partner Sweat Equity section.
