The Mortgage/Payment Information screen contains information relating to setting up and managing the details of a homeowner's mortgage. You can open the Mortgage/Payment Information screen by choosing Finances > Mortgage/Escrow Payments or by clicking the
button in the Keystone toolbar.
If you try to open this screen with the Loading Mortgage History box checked in Affiliate Setup, you will see a message reminding you that you must turn Loading History off before resuming day-to-day data entry in Keystone.
This pane is used to select the homeowner whose mortgage information you wish to work with.
By default, only homeowners with mortgages marked as being active in Keystone are included in this list. To make all family partners available, check the Show All check box found at the bottom right of the Mortgage/Payment Information screen.

The homeowner for whom you wish to review or enter mortgage information. Select from the drop-down list available in this field. If there are two people in one family partner record and they have different last names, you can find them under either last name in the Name(s) drop-down list. Double-clicking this field takes you to the Family Partners screen, where you can view additional information about the homeowners in the list. When you are finished with the Family Partners screen, click the button to return to this screen. |

Indicates that the mortgage for this homeowner is being actively tracked in Keystone. Checking this box causes the homeowner to appear by default among the homeowners in the Name(s) drop-down list and allows payment information to be recorded for them. When you uncheck this box for a mortgage, the mortgage will continue to appear on your screen until you close the screen and then reopen it. |

Displays the address associated with the selected homeowner. For homeowners with active mortgages, this should be the address of the property for which the mortgage is held. Double-clicking on this field takes you to the Property Address screen, where you can view additional information about the selected homeowner’s Property Address. When you are finished with the Property Address screen, click the button to return to this screen. |

Special messages are displayed in the area to the left and below the button, as well as above the button. These messages are displayed in red as a warning that the homeowner’s status may require special treatment. These messages are:
In the lower portion of the Mortgage/Payment Information screen are five tabs that contain information about mortgage payments for the selected homeowner. The fields on these tabs are described on their respective Help sections.
Five buttons are also provided on the Mortgage/Payment Information screen for the purpose of accessing other mortgage functions.
